Department: BCBA/BCaBA

Location: Cypress Center

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 / year

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, BCaBAs, and QASP‑S staff
• Analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision‑making
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical leadership team

• Active Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification in good standing with QABA
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Supervisory experience with RBTs, BCaBAs, and/or QASP‑S professionals

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus
