• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with children in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development of new therapeutic strategies and interventions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

• Must hold a current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients and families.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
