This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants clinical influence, manageable caseloads, and professional growth—without burnout or unrealistic productivity demands.

• $95,000–$105,000 base salary, depending on experience
• $5k Sign on Bonus (sign‑on, retention, or performance‑based)
• Reduced caseload compared to standard BCBA roles
• Leadership and mentorship opportunities with RBTs and junior BCBAs
• Strong administrative and scheduling support

The Senior BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervision, and program development while maintaining a balanced, high‑quality caseload. This role plays a key part in clinical excellence, staff development, and program consistency.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs in training
• Provide clinical guidance to ensure ethical, evidence‑based care
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust programs as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support training, onboarding, and clinical best practices
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Eligible for licensure and practice in Texas
• 3 years of experience preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior clinicians
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills

Work‑Life Balance:

• PTO: 13 accrued days, 8 paid holidays

• $500 per year CEU reimbursement or annual licensure reimbursement opportunities and paid CEU day
