Position Overview

Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Cypress, Texas. This is a school‑based position supporting students in a collaborative and structured educational environment.

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) required
• CFs are encouraged to apply
• School‑based experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Starting at $60/hour (based on experience)
