Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Center-Based ABA Services
Salary: 85k-100K
What You’ll Do- Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that work in real life, not just on paper
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs
- Work with families to set meaningful goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins
- Ensure ethical, compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA
- Collaborate with a clinical team that values your insight, voice, and vision
- BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working with children or teens with autism
- A heart for families, and a head for data-driven decision‑making
- Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to ethical care
