Patient Care Technician

Memorial Hermann Endoscopy Cypress is hiring a Patient Care Technician

Welcome to Memorial Hermann Endoscopy Cypress

We have 1 OR rooms and 3 Procedure room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Gastroenterology. Position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.

Patient Care Technician at Memorial Hermann Endoscopy Cypress

The Patient Care Tech provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport. Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment. Assists during patient examinations and procedures. Obtains and records patient vital signs, provides nutritional intake and reports results and observations. Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical and/or procedural services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant or Patient Care Technician clinical training.
  • Demonstrates necessary clinical competency.
