Build a Schedule That Works for You
  • Flexible options: four 10-hour days, three 10-hour days, or traditional 5-day schedule

  • Two evenings per week until 7 PM required

  • Part-time and contract options available if desired

Competitive Compensation
  • $33.65 – $40.87 per hour based on experience ($70,000-$85,000/yr)

  • Paid based on clock-in/clock-out

  • Flexible models allow part-time or contract arrangements

Who You Are
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)

  • Pediatric experience preferred

  • Passionate about improving children’s lives

  • Growth-minded, adaptable, and excited about innovation in healthcare
