InHome Therapy is seeking licensed home care Physical Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in Katy, TX or Cypress, TX. The role offers full-time or part-time options with a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and supportive team.
Deliver in-home PT, evaluate mobility and function, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will educate families and maintain accurate documentation per Medicare and agency standards. Compensation ranges $75–$85 per hour with a bonus program.
