Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Rotating Weekends
Job Description:
The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a 23-bed rehab unit. The ideal candidate will have inpatient rehab experience and possess strong skills in patient assessments and interventions. You will work as part of a dedicated healthcare team committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
- Provide skilled nursing care and assist with rehabilitation therapies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in EMR Meditech.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current Texas RN license.
- CPR certification.
- Inpatient rehab experience is essential.
- BCLS certification required.
