At Touching Hearts at Home - North Houston, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team and provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. • Assist clients with personal care, safe transfers, companionship, and memory care support

• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Manage medication reminders and transportation

• Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
