• Flexible options: four 10‑hour days, three 10‑hour days, or traditional 5‑day schedule
• Two evenings per week until 7 PM required
• Part-time and contract options available if desired

• $33.65 – $40.87 per hour based on experience ($70,000-$85,000/yr)
• Paid based on clock‑in/clock‑out
• Flexible models allow part‑time or contract arrangements

• On‑site support from OT, PT, Speech and ABA Therapy teams
• Access to Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts for guidance in challenging cases
• Clinical Competency Specialist for specialty training and mentorship

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
• Pediatric experience preferred
