TPI Staffing is hiring a Branch Recruiter to join our Corporate Team!

• Source and interview candidates
• Identify and develop networking relationship with appropriate internal and external contacts while building candidate pool
• Skills assessment and evaluation; develop interviewing strategy and techniques
• Identify and maintain awareness of Recruiting trends with specific market or industry
• Day to Day duties: coordinate high volume interviews of all types such as Accounting, Admin./Clerical, Call Center, I.T., as well as all types of Light/Heavy Industrial related positions such as welders, machinists, Warehouse, forklift, assembly, technicians.
• Special skills set: sourcing, moving candidates through requisitions.

• 2-5 yrs minimum experience recruiting administrative/professional AND light industrial related positions
• Software requirements:
  Word, Excel, Outlook-Intermediate level, strong accurate data entry skills, and email writing ability. Excellent communication and grammar skills.
• Previous staffing experience preferred, ability to learn new software, and great attitude.
