We’re partnering with a rapidly growing company in the Cypress area that is looking for a dynamic bilingual HR Manager to help lead and elevate their people operations. - Lead employee relations efforts and promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment
- Partner with leadership to support performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Manage unemployment claims, investigations, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support and strengthen workplace safety initiatives, OSHA reporting, and workers’ compensation processes
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and help drive a strong company culture
- Provide HR guidance and support to both office staff and field employees
- Visit job sites to build relationships with employees and reinforce company policies and expectations
- Collaborate with HR compliance teams on audits, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Help lead and support the HR team through ongoing projects, meetings, and daily priorities
- 5+ years of HR experience with strong employee relations and compliance background
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Experience supporting managers and coaching teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and performance management practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
- Experience with HR systems, safety compliance, OSHA, and workers’ compensation preferred
