Skills & Experience Required- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of technical experience
- At least 2 years of working directly with Microsoft Office 365
- At least 1 year of extensive knowledge and experience of deploying, managing, and supporting Office 365, especially One Drive for Business and Share Point
- Experience with on premise to SharePoint online
- Implement, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot issues regarding on premise Exchange servers, Exchange Online, secure email gateways, and ADFS.
- Architecture & deployment experience with Exchange 2010/2013 including mailbox and public folder environment.
- Experience with end user mailbox troubleshooting and creation.
- Troubleshooting knowledge on mail flow and third party spam firewall like Proof point, trend micro, etc.
- Experience in configuring/deploying ADFS
- Experience with Microsoft instant messaging platform (Lync / Skype for Analytical and Communication skills)
