Project and Forms Manager

Auto Master Systems is a leading provider of software solutions for the automotive finance industry.

The Project & Forms Manager is responsible for managing customer documentation and forms, and serving as an ongoing resource for customers after their projects are complete. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to learn our software platform and business processes.

• Coordinate project timelines and communicate progress with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain customer forms, documents, and system configurations after implementation.
• Work closely with customers to understand and fulfill ongoing business needs.
• Learn the Auto Master Systems software suite and become proficient in system functionality.
• Participate in product training and provide guidance to customers when needed.
• Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with technical support and development teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and customer records.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experience.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Experience with project coordination, customer service, software implementations, or business software is preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
