The Licensed Insurance CSR ("Customer Service Representative") is a full-time, on-site role located in Cypress, TX. This role is responsible for providing responsive, professional support to personal and commercial lines clients, including answering inquiries, processing policy changes, and assisting with billing and claims-related questions. The CSR will help clients understand coverage, explain policy details, and coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve issues efficiently.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing phone and email communications, maintaining accurate client records, preparing quotes and renewal documents, and supporting producers with account servicing needs. The role also involves proactively contributing to a positive client experience by ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience enhancing customer experience and working effectively as a customer service representative.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
- Previous experience in an insurance agency or related financial services environment is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and common office software tools.
- High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and reliability in handling client information and policy documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain a professional, client-focused demeanor.
