We are seeking a line striper/painter for our crew. As the Lead Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. You will help us keep parking lots looking great! Company overview:
Ever Line Coatings and Services Fort Worth Metroplex offers a wide range of parking lot (exterior and interior) line striping/painting and pavement maintenance services including asphalt & concrete repairs, asphalt seal coating, crack filling, and more. The crew (3‑4 people) you will be part of will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the Houston metroplex. We will train you on our Ever Line systems and the company.

The ideal candidate will have painting experience, a background in construction and is comfortable working outside in the heat and cold. Our success is a direct result of our dedicated team. • Use equipment to perform line painting/striping, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high‑quality project
• Communicate about jobs with the Operations Manager & Crew Supervisor
• Maintain a safe, hazard‑free job site
• Additional tasks as required

• A Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• A reliable mode of transportation
• You are a self‑motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with paint sprayers is an asset
