This role is ideal for someone with experience in commercial projects, construction, or project management who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and making things happen on the go. You will coordinate installers and helpers, manage customer expectations, and oversee projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead and coordinate a team of installers and helpers on commercial projects
• Solve on-site challenges and make critical decisions to keep projects on track
• Manage budgets, prepare quotes, and maintain clear communication with customers
• Ensure safety, quality, and accountability on every project
• Coach and mentor team members, supporting their growth and success

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of construction, project management, or commercial experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience reading plans, preparing quotes, and performing basic math
• Ability to perform installations and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license

• One or more years of garage door or commercial sales experience
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts
• Familiarity with Service Titan, Pro Master, or other service ticketing systems
