Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private household. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a well‑run, comfortable home environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

• Oversee and maintain overall household organization and cleanliness.
• Prepare meals for the family as needed.
• Coordinate and manage personal and professional appointments.
• Schedule and oversee home maintenance and repair projects.
• Shop for groceries, household supplies, and other requested items.
• Run errands and provide transportation as required.
• Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and servicing of household vehicles.
• Ensure the household runs efficiently and smoothly on a daily basis.

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a private household setting.
• Trustworthy, detail‑oriented, and discreet.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record preferred.
