Position OverviewThe General Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the business while maintaining full P&L responsibility. This role is responsible for leading office staff, service technicians, sales personnel, and department managers to ensure operational efficiency, revenue growth, employee development, and world‑class customer service.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands HVAC operations, and is passionate about developing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You’ll Do- Own and manage full operational and financial performance (P&L)
- Lead and support office staff, sales teams, and field technicians
- Drive revenue growth while improving operational efficiency and profitability
- Coach, mentor, and develop managers, team leaders, and technicians
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and uphold Aire Serv service standards
- Maintain safety compliance and operational accountability
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and performance goals
- Monitor dispatching, job completion, billing, inventory, and workflow processes
- Help create a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience
- HVAC, home services, or construction industry background preferred
- Strong financial, operational, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and grow revenue
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to professionalism and service excellence
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management preferred
