Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced, people‑focused District Manager to oversee approximately 5 high‑performing locations across the Austin area. • Lead, mentor, and develop 5+ General Managers and their teams
• Ensure operational excellence across all locations
• Drive sales growth
  , traffic, and profitability
• Deliver top‑tier guest service and uphold brand standards
• Optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory management
• Implement company initiatives and execute training programs
• Foster a positive culture that supports engagement, retention, and high performance
• Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement
• Support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development

• 2+ years of multi‑unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• A hands‑on, people‑first management style
• Ability to travel between Austin‑area stores regularly
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
