Clear Water Express Wash and Blue Wave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies focused on providing an exceptional experience for our guests while creating opportunities for our team members to grow. We are looking for motivated, dependable, and people-focused Assistant Managers to help lead our locations and support our teams.

• Partner with the Car Wash General Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Lead by example and create a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Coach team members on customer service, sales, memberships, safety, and operational procedures.
• Help build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily team assignments as needed.

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of an express car wash location.
• Ensure the location is clean, organized, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Monitor wash quality and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure team members follow company policies, procedures, safety standards, and appearance expectations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and other daily operational responsibilities.
• Help identify and resolve operational, equipment, and facility issues.
• Learn and support all areas of car wash operations.

• Provide exceptional customer service and guest service and set the standard for the team.
• Help guests understand wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Support the team in achieving sales, membership, and customer experience goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase local sales and membership growth.
• Help resolve guest concerns and ensure customers leave with a positive experience.

• Assist the Car Wash General Manager with reviewing location performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics.
• Use company software, point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other technology to support daily operations.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Communicate operational needs, team performance, and opportunities to site leadership.

• Has at least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience — preferred.

• Is comfortable with sales, membership growth, and achieving performance goals.
• Has strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Takes initiative and can work independently when needed.
• Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Has basic computer and technology skills.
• Is willing to learn car wash equipment, operations, and maintenance.
• Can work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Has previous experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, customer service, automotive, or similar industries — preferred but not required.
• Is dependable and committed to leading by example.
