About the roleThe embroidery operator accurately decorates items in adherence to Brand Junkie quality standards while maintaining consistent production goals.
What You’ll Do- Operate embroidery machinery following all safety protocols.
- Review all paperwork to accurately decorate items and address decoration/paperwork questions with the supervisor before starting an order.
- Adjust thread colors, needles, and regulate machine settings to ensure quality standards are preserved.
- Carefully hoop and position items on machine during decoration to prevent damages.
- Observe the decoration process to detect defects indicating malfunction.
- Communicate all machine malfunctions to the supervisor, and repair defective embroidery only when approved by supervisor.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Comply with all company standards as outlined in the employee handbook.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience operating embroidery machinery or working in a textile/garment production environment.
- Familiarity with embroidery techniques, thread types, and machine settings is a plus.
- Ability to operate embroidery machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Capability to adjust thread colors, needles, and machine settings to meet quality standards.
- May perform minor repairs on defective embroidery with supervisor approval.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors regarding machine issues, decoration questions, or production concerns.
$17–$19 per hour (Cypress – Main Building)
