Job Description
We're hiring a Sensor Assembly Technician for our Cypress, TX area client! We are looking for experienced, dependable machine operators with a strong background in steel plate burning who are ready to interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Sensor Assembly Tech
Location: Cypress, TX 77429
Schedule: M-F 6AM-2:30PM
Pay: $19/hr
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties:
- Assemble sensor assemblies and electronic components according to specifications.
- Assemble sensor subassemblies, including pre-preamps, cells, and transmitters.
- Assemble RFI and surge protector products.
- Pot sensor assemblies and wireless assemblies.
- Install and precisely align circuit boards into stainless-steel housings.
- Solder wires onto small connectors and components.
- Use small hand tools to assemble and secure components.
- Operate automated assembly and production equipment.
- Inspect assemblies for proper alignment, workmanship, and quality.
- Follow work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or electronics experience preferred.
- Ability to work with small parts and electronic components.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to use small hand tools.
- Basic soldering experience preferred; must be willing to learn.
- Ability to operate automated machinery after training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise assembly.
- Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and quality procedures.
