About Augment Augment Human Resource Services is a national staffing firm specializing in high-volume temporary labor for the environmental services and sanitation industry. We partner with leading companies that operate Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), landfills, and residential hauling routes, providing dependable labor solutions that keep essential services running every day.
We’re expanding our sales team and seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who’s equal parts creative and organized — someone who thrives at the intersection of digital design, social media, and sales outreach.
Core Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Design Design and create digital marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, proposal templates, and social media graphics.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all media using company color palettes, fonts, and messaging tone.
Collaborate with leadership to develop new visual campaigns highlighting Augment’s services, safety initiatives, and national reach.
Manage and organize the company’s photo, video, and design asset library.
Social Media Management Manage Augment’s presence on Linked In, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
Create and schedule engaging posts that showcase company milestones, client partnerships, and employee spotlights.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build a professional online community.
Track analytics and prepare monthly reports on audience growth and campaign effectiveness.
Sales Outreach & Support Assist the sales team with email outreach campaigns, newsletters, and digital follow-ups.
Develop and maintain contact lists through Hub Spot CRM.Create branded sales decks, proposal templates, and marketing collateral.
Support new business development efforts through digital campaigns and creative outreach initiatives.
Qualifications1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital design, or sales support (staffing or recruiting industry experience preferred).Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and content creation skills.
Familiarity with Hub Spot or comparable CRM/email marketing systems.
Organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits $60,000 annual salary
