Med​/Surg Tele RN, PRN

• Provides professional nursing care to patients, including conducting nursing assessments
• Assisting with exams and treatment
• Patient education
• Maintenance of medical records
• Coordinates the planning for the delivery of nursing care with an interdisciplinary team
• Administers appropriate clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care
• Coordinates treatment plans
• Develops/implements discharge and/or transfer plans

• One year of recent M/S Tele experience required in the last 3 years
• Minimum of two years of recent RN experience required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
• Certified in Basic Life Support
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Demonstrates expertise in providing professional nursing care, including conducting assessments, coordinating treatment plans, and patient education. Holds a valid Texas nursing license and is certified in Basic Life Support, ensuring high standards of patient care and effective communication.
