What You'll Need:

• Prepare and steam food items according to company standards and recipes
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Ensure food is cooked to the highest standards of quality and taste
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Support the kitchen team with various duties as needed

What You'll Need:

• Previous prep or steam cooking experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
