MAC Pizza is the largest Domino’s franchise in Texas with stores in and around central and southeast Texas.
OverviewAs a Domino’s Pizza Shift Manager, your success is vital to our business. You will receive training in product quality, sanitation, interviewing, hiring, and essential leadership skills to lead and develop teams. You will learn to “Conquer the Rush” in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Lead the shift team to meet operational goals.
- Maintain product quality and sanitation standards.
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes.
- Develop and coach team members.
- Manage daily store operations and customer service.
- 18 years or older.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience.
- Safe driving record.
- A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
- Desire to lead people.
- 1–2 years of management experience preferred.
