El Pollo Loco is seeking a Grill Master (Cook) to create a best-in-class guest experience by preparing grilled and hot items to company standards. You will work with team members to ensure quality, timely service and proper food handling.
The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety protocols, and assist in training new cooks. Prior kitchen experience is preferred and a Food Handler Certification is required upon hire.
