YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed.

• Keep product moving by processing shipments, replenishing shelves, marking down items, and merchandising effectively and in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organized stockroom by keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures clean and well‑stocked.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, develop a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest support when needed.
• Follow safety and asset‑protection standards in the stockroom and on the sales floor.

• Experience in a stock‑related role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Flexible availability, able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
