2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part‑time Meta Sales Specialist Floaters.
Job Type: Regular
Work Location: Verizon 12987 - Cypress, TX 77429
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 6 hours guaranteed per week, on‑call coverage; weekly hours may vary.
Availability
Required:
Friday 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required

Additional shifts may be added in November and December for key customer shopping days, including holidays and Black Friday
As a Meta Sales Specialist Floater, you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You will be the go‑to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring an interactive, informative, and successful shopping experience for each customer. Our team will provide all technology training.
- Dive into the world of Meta’s AR/VR headsets, accessories, and more.
- Showcase the latest Meta gadgets and help customers see how they can enhance their lives.
- Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right Meta product.
- Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
- Maintain Meta displays, keeping them clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders; share knowledge and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports via a mobile device.
- Foster positive relationships with store staff and adapt to local retail store environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
- Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts required.
- Own a smartphone with iOS 11+ or Android 11+.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 20 lb occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
