• Deliver a transformational client experience, building the brand one customer at a time and driving business through sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and consistently meet personal sales goals.
• Provide exceptional selling skills, extensive product knowledge, and communicate the brand philosophy.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team, support visual and operational aspects, and help ensure loss prevention.

• 1–3 years’ experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnight, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform requirements such as carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders.
• Resourceful, collaborative team player with a sense of humor.

$15.00 per hour, based on relevant experience and work location.
