Primary Job Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales

• Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs set by the Store Manager.

Operations

• Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Operate computer systems to ring transactions and perform functions such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures; report violations to the supervisor.
• Use systems to check inventory availability and perform inter‑store transfers.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.
