Summary
Part-Time Sales Associate based at Houston Premium Outlets in Cypress, TX. Deliver high-quality, luxury customer service on the sales floor by assisting guests with product selection, styling, and purchases. Maintain brand presentation and contribute to store sales performance through product knowledge and client engagement.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate brand heritage and features.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience, ideally in a luxury or premium environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
