Assistant Store Manager

Position in Kay Jewelers Outlet. Duties include assisting the Store Manager, maintaining daily focus on standards, achieving sales and profit projections, contributing to customer satisfaction, developing skills and product knowledge of team members, recruiting and selecting team members, enforcing policies and procedures, and performing operational and strategic duties.

• At least one year of retail experience required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

• Base pay plus commission on sales
