AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

YOUR ROLE

You're a part-time stock brand Ambassador, an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

• Maintain brand standards by managing effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a game plan and take action to correct them.
• Support team members by stepping in to help with non-stock-related tasks or assisting guests.
• Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor and follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; excellent priority-setting and time management.
• Flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends.
• Prior stock-related experience.
