YOUR ROLE

You are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. The Stockroom is your place, but you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for brand standards: You keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Stockroom ownership: You keep the Stockroom running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative thinking: When you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, plan, and take action to correct it.
• Teamwork: You are prepared to help fellow team members with non-stock tasks or assist guests.
• Integrity: Safety standards are a priority in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor. You follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF:

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization and time management skills.
• You have flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends.
• You have experience in a stock-related role.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION:

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and REAL rewards.
