Role Description

We’re growing and looking for a motivated, people-focused Corporate Sales Representative to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Hockley, Texas.

This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting sales efforts, and contributing directly to company growth. The Corporate Sales Representative will work closely with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work makes a real impact.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage and support assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and former customers
  • Identify prospective customers through online research, business directories, and referrals
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to support sales strategies and growth opportunities
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, pricing, and product innovations
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and sales presentations
  • Provide customers with product, promotion, and pricing information
  • Resolve order, inventory, and account issues by researching data and identifying solutions
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding new products and services
  • Assist with trade shows and sales events
  • Visit customers as needed to support relationship development and sales efforts
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (exception may be made for candidates with significant, proven sales experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service mindset with strong people skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and pay close attention to detail
  • Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel out of state and internationally up to 25%
  • Reliable transportation or plans to relocate prior to start date

  • One to three years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Interest in developing selling skills and growing a career in sales
