Tru Hou Solutions is hiring motivated door-to-door roofing sales reps in Tomball, The Woodlands, Conroe, and Montgomery TX .
This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential . If youre confident, competitive, and not afraid to knock doors, you can build a serious income fast.
What Youll Do
- Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Set inspections and appointments
- Help homeowners through the insurance claim process
- Present our roofing solutions and close deals
- Follow up and manage your pipeline
Requirements
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales (required)
- Strong communication and confidence
- Reliable vehicle + valid drivers license
- Coachable, self-motivated, and hungry to win
Pay
- Commission Only - Uncapped
- Top reps earn $150K-$250K+
