We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Home Comfort Design Consultant to meet with homeowners, design customized HVAC comfort solutions, and help customers make confident decisions— all through warm, company-provided leads. • Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort needs
• Design and recommend customized system solutions
• Present options clearly and confidently
• Close company-provided sales opportunities
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience
• Coordinate with installation and office teams to ensure smooth project completion

• Converting warm, company-provided leads into closed sales
• Delivering a 5-star customer experience
• Staying organized and effectively managing appointments
• Maintaining strong communication with customers and team members

• Opportunity to earn: $70,000-$80,000
