The part you will play

Client Advisor – Dallas‑North Park Location

Provide excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships with clients; developing and nurturing meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives; managing and driving sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand‑crafted experience to achieve the best sales performance.

The Responsibilities Inclusive Leadership

Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, drive individual and team objectives, and be accountable for sales results.

Collaboration

Actively promote a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration. Assist the operations team by maintaining stock in the designated area on the selling floor and in the stockroom.

Customer Centricity

Transform each client experience into magical moments, create a hand‑crafted experience, and engage in the selling ceremony that energizes clients. Cultivate long‑term authentic bonds by making the experience truly about them. Play an active role on the selling floor, take action to ensure a memorable client experience, and put the client at the center of every decision. Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.

Promote cross‑selling to increase UPT sales metrics. Capture customer data in the company’s CRM database to maintain and develop relationships.

Agility

Think innovatively about improving and generating new ways of creating tangible value for the client. Perform sales in person, telephone, email, etc., which includes physically standing and properly fitting customers with shoes. Clearly understand company KPIs and identify strategies to enhance performance standards. Take an aggregate approach to identify and recommend merchandise across all channels.

Qualifications

Caring, authentic, trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style. A powerful communicator who handles clients with personal care, empathy, and puts the client at the center of every decision. Master storyteller and skilled at asking engaging questions. Courageous with ideas and innovative in approach, always ready to grow and learn.

Computer knowledge to track inventory. Proficient English language skills; second language preferred. Previous retail sales experience preferred; luxury retail experience a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents. Effective communication with customers, peers, and management. Proper telephone etiquette. Ability to multi‑task while being attentive and flexible to business needs. Team player who takes initiative independently of direct supervision.
