Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location;
Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related behavior, and help to deter loss through visible presence and timely reporting;
Prepare accurate reports on incidents, observations, and/or security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including requesting assistance from law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when appropriate
