As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Agent in Cypress, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls. • Fri: 04:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Sat: 04:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Sun: 04:30 PM – 11:30 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including requesting assistance from law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related behavior, and help to deter loss through visible presence and timely reporting.
• Prepare accurate reports on incidents, observations, and/or security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
