HD Fleet Diesel Mechanic

• We are currently looking for a dependable, experienced HD Fleet Diesel Mechanic to join our team.
• This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can diagnose problems, work independently, communicate professionally, and take ownership of their work without constant supervision.
• Our mechanics play a critical role in keeping our fleet operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, trailers, pumps, PTO systems, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, air brake systems, steering and suspension systems, and related components
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on fleet vehicles and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures efficiently and accurately
• Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and inspection records properly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work closely with operations and leadership to minimize downtime and maintain fleet readiness
• Perform after-hours or emergency repairs when necessary
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT-related requirements

• 3–5+ years of diesel mechanic experience preferred
• Experience working on medium-duty and heavy-duty truck fleets
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• PTO, tanker, hydraulic, and fuel system experience preferred
• PACCAR Davie4 and/or Cummins INSITE experience preferred
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements is a plus
• ASE Certifications are a plus
