- A current Texas SLP license
- ASHA Certification (CCC or CFY)
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred (but not required)
- Ability to adapt to new settings and collaborate easily with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Deliver quality speech and language therapy to students across diverse caseloads (specifics provided during the interview)
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Participate in school meetings and provide caregiver/staff training, as needed
