RCNL, LLC Respectable Customer Service N Logistics is a Delivery Service Provider looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Delivery Helpers / Driver Helpers
.

Helpers assist Delivery Associates with safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities
.

Approximate hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
. Shifts range between 8–10 hours per day
, and schedules are available 7 days per week
.

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading packages
• Help ensure packages are delivered safely and efficiently to customers
• Work alongside drivers throughout assigned delivery routes
• Navigate apartments, businesses, neighborhoods, and delivery locations efficiently
• Maintain professionalism and positive customer interactions at all times
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work in varying weather conditions throughout the shift
• Keep pace in a fast-moving delivery environment
• Be CUSTOMER INFATUATED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers

Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Get in and out of delivery vans continuously throughout the day
• Walk up and down stairs during shifts
• Stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods of time

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the station
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Delivery, warehouse, moving, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
