Hourly Rate: $18 per hour

The Role

This position is responsible for supporting the effective operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all goods are handled with care and in compliance with safety and company standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately receives, processes and stocks inbound shipments from sites
  • Accurately picks, packs, and fulfills outbound shipments
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of items for easy access and retrieval, according to established guidelines
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by closely monitoring security procedures and protocols in line with industry standard and client requirements
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet operational goals
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills for inventory management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Familiarity with Scanforce or other comparable enterprise level CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Fed Ex, UPS and/or DHL software
  • General computer & technology literacy
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
  • Proven problem‑solving skills in a dynamic workplace
  • Not have been convicted of any felony and any federal, state, or local laws relating to wholesale or retail prescription drug distribution of controlled substances
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
  • Hazardous Materials Shipping certification preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to understand and work with IT regarding shipping software.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. The employee must constantly reach with hands and fingers. Employee must be able to work in close contact with small and large groups. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, unassisted. Frequent hearing and talking is required.
