Frac Plug Inspection​/Warehouse

Position Title: Frac Plug Inspection / Warehouse

Wage: $17.00 - $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm

• Inspect incoming finished frac plugs to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using basic inspection equipment
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials, components, and finished products
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect received materials for damage, defects, and accuracy before inventory acceptance
• Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory management systems and physical counts
• Organize and store materials, components, and finished goods in designated warehouse locations
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to supervisors and purchasing personnel
• Maintain proper labeling, identification, and traceability of inventory
• Prepare customer orders for shipment by verifying product quantities, specifications, and documentation
• Package finished products according to company and customer requirements to prevent shipping damage
• Generate shipping documents, packing lists, and related paperwork
• Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and logistics providers
• Perform final inspections of products before shipment
• Ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and on schedule
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely when authorized
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and inspection area
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational policies
• Assist production, assembly, and warehouse teams as needed to support business objectives
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and inventory control

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in quality inspection, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or oilfield equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse processes
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and inventory tracking software
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday
• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks safely
• Strong visual acuity for inspections and inventory verification
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed based on production and shipping schedules
• Experience with frac plugs, downhole tools, or oilfield completion equipment
• Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, and shipping procedures
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software
• Understanding of quality management systems and inspection standards
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
