About the roleAs a Distribution Center Associate, you’ll play a key role in making sure our customers receive their e‑commerce orders quickly and accurately. Each day brings variety as you retrieve products, prepare shipments, and help keep operations running smoothly in a dynamic, fast‑moving warehouse setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys staying active while working with a team to achieve daily goals.

- Retrieve E-Commerce orders from the system.
- Match each order with the corresponding physical product to ensure accuracy.
- Update order status in Acumaticaand the backend system to reflect progress and completion.
- Sort and stage orders in designatedcubiesbased on shipping or processing requirements.
- Pull items fromBOD (Back Order Department) or Stockas needed to fulfill orders.
- Record order details and actions taken in the Pullers Journal for tracking and accountability.
- Utilize Acumaticadaily to monitor product availability, order status, and inventory movements.
- Prepack items using the correct box sizesto ensure safe and efficient shipping.
- Follow all instructions and complete tasks assigned by yoursupervisorpromptly and accurately.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in a shipping and distribution environment
- Basic proficiency with inventory systems, data entry, and Computer Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform
- Clear verbal and written communication for coordinating with team members and vendors.
- Ensuring accuracy in labeling, packing, and documentation.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures
