Equipment Operator

Position Summary

Equipment operators are responsible for operating heavy equipment to assist in the handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of marine products and equipment at their respective One Water Marine location.

• Safely operate equipment to load, unload, and move boats, parts, and equipment within the facility.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Communicate with team members and management to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Help maintain the store lot clean and organized as instructed by management.
• Report any damage or concerns about boats or equipment to management.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations.
• Stay updated on all safety regulations, equipment training, and equipment operating certifications.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to equipment operation.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Equipment operator certification (forklift, crane, etc.).

This position operates exclusively in an indoor office environment with controlled temperatures.
